The Sapientia University is functioning in four different towns: Miercurea Ciuc, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș and Sfântu Gheorghe.

The University founded its Cluj-Napoca faculty in 2002, choosing to share the famous monument in the inner city, the Bocskai House with the university’s head offices. In September 2013 the Faculty in Cluj-Napoca opened the gates of its new building located at Calea Turzii.

The main values of this Faculty is its high quality market-oriented education focusing on the students, as well as its institutional openness and flexibility. The high quality of education is ensured by well-equipped TV and film studio, labs for Environmental and Media Studies, completed by the Sándor Tonk Library with a rich collection of specialist books and journals.

Miercurea Ciuc

Hence its educational offer contains study programs which fit best into the specific needs of the Szeklerland region, such as economics, biotechnology, social sciences or philology.

The Campus in the town center was converted from a hotel in two steps to fulfill educational purposes. Thus the building comprises modern lecture rooms and labs, a library, a canteen, as well as a dormitory with 270 beds.

Târgu Mureş

Sapientia University opened its gates in Târgu Mureș in 2001 with its Faculty of Technical and Human Sciences. The Faculty is the most important center of technical and agricultural sciences in Hungarian, offering a unique opportunity in Romania of eight engineering study programs in Hungarian.

To answer the challenges of modern education, the Campus has three amphitheaters, ten lecture rooms and forty-five well-equipped labs for theoretical and practical instruction of students.  The cafeteria and the canteen offer various refreshments and menu of the day. The 27 hectares area around the central building is the ideal spot for students of horticulture and landscape architecture to carry out their professional training.
